Delivery Information

Items are shipped USPS. Please have your correct address listed as your shipping destination. 

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Rescue Dog is not responsible for any customs or import taxes. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us directly.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Rescue Dog does accept returns or exchanges

Please contact if your item was damaged upon delivery. Our items are insured and we will help you through the claims process.

If your item is broken or damaged we will exchange it for a new product.

We cannot accept returns for opened food items.  

 

Rescue Dog does accept cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placed. If your item has not shipped we will consider cancellations on a case by case basis after the 24 hour period. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
